The DCS ESOP provides a significant benefit to DCS employees, because as an ESOP company, DCS Corp’s value does not fluctuate based on a day-to-day stock price. Our annual stock valuation cycle allows management to make long-term decisions for the good of the company allowing employees to focus on their daily responsibilities while building long-term wealth.
DCS employees are eligible to receive benefits upon their retirement or departure from DCS Corp, based on a 6 year vesting schedule. We recognize that the most important and valuable asset to the financial success of the company is the employee, and the most appropriate way to reward our employees is through providing for their financial security.
