Rick Castiglia serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Ethics Officer, and Corporate Secretary. He leads all legal, ethics, and corporate governance functions while advising executive leadership and the board on strategic and regulatory matters. Rick brings more than 20 years of legal and senior leadership experience in the defense and government contracting sectors, including serving as General Counsel for Cubic Corporation’s Global Defense Group. His background spans bid protests, compliance, intellectual property, export controls, and international regulatory oversight. He began his career as an Honors Program Attorney in the U.S. Air Force Office of the General Counsel, where he led the Procurement Fraud Remedies Program and served as lead counsel in more than 100 GAO bid protests.

Rick holds a B.A. from Case Western Reserve University, a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, and an MBA from the Wharton School.
