Contract Vehicles

DCS has numerous contract vehicles and multiple GSA schedules available for use. This page presents schedules and specialty contract vehicles that we utilize, but is certainly not an exhaustive list of our contract vehicle options. OASIS

OASIS is a family of Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (MA-ID/IQ) task order contracts for Government-wide professional service based requirements which is available for use by all Federal agencies (including all organizations within the Department of Defense [DoD] and National Security Community) and other entities as listed in the current GSA Order, ADM 4800.2G, and Eligibility to use GSA Sources and Supply, as amended.

EXPRESS

DCS holds an Evergreen Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under the Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) program, to provide advisory and assistance services to the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), PEO Aviation, PEO Missiles & Space, Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Aviation & Missile Center, Army Materiel Command, and other agencies as approved by the Army Contracting Command at Redstone Arsenal, AL.

SeaPort

The U.S. Navy has awarded DCS a 5-year IDIQ contract to provide support services for all phases of naval ship and shipboard weapon systems acquisition and life-cycle support to the Naval Sea Systems Command, Navy Program Executive Offices, and Navy Warfare Centers.

ASTRO

The ASTRO IDIQ is a master contract umbrella consisting of individual, multiple-award IDIQ contracts, or pools, administered through GSA, covering a scope of products and services focused on the development, integration, operation, maintenance and support of various platforms including unmanned systems and robotics.

RS3

DCS holds a Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) contract to provide Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-AP customers, other PEOs, other DoD agencies, and other federal agencies with knowledge based support services for requirements with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) related needs. The maximum total contract value (ceiling), including the optional ordering period if exercised, is $37.4 Billion.

GSA Schedules

DCS has multiple GSA schedules available for use. The GSA schedules keep documentation and paperwork to a minimum while determining best value in obtaining services and products to support your mission. In addition to these GSA schedules, we also hold numerous other contract vehicles for use.
