Jack’s initial focus at DCS centered on transforming Talent Acquisition and removing system‑level obstacles to scaling the company’s workforce. His strategic approach, operational discipline, and commitment to a seamless employee experience have made him a trusted partner across the organization. Before entering the HR profession, Jack spent six years serving in the U.S. Navy, including three years at sea and two years supporting NATO procurement operations. He later expanded his corporate experience with General Electric, building strengths in organizational development and leadership that continue to shape his people‑first philosophy.
