DCS holds a contract for Tank Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) Strategic Service Solutions (TS3) Research and Development (R&D) for Program Executive Office Combat Support and Combat Service Support (PEO CS&CSS); PEO Ground Combat Systems (GCS); United States Army CCDC Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC); and TACOM Life Cycle Material Command (LCMC) depots and arsenals. TS3 KBS is NAICS 541712.

Research and Development (R&D) Services associated with research and development, testing and evaluation (RDT&E) and includes support to lab services. These also include:
