Electronic Warfare
DCS delivers advanced Electronic Warfare capabilities to the Army, Navy, and Air Force, supporting all Combat Air Force platforms—including the B-21, F-35, B-2, and F-22. Navy aircraft include the F/A-18E/F, EA-18G, AV-8B and the AH-1. Our expertise spans electronic attack and electronic protection solutions, mission data development, threat reprogramming, TTP development, integration of weapons and systems, mission computer software development and test, flight test support and open-air/ground testing. From lab to battlespace, we enhance survivability, lethality, and spectrum dominance—delivering agile, secure, and mission-tailored EW capabilities that ensure electromagnetic superiority for today’s operations and tomorrow’s contested environments.

DCS provides evaluation, analysis, and assessment for the Army, including testing of Counter-RCIED systems (CREW), IED jammers, and electro-optical systems, as well as vulnerability and survivability assessments of Armored and Heavy Brigade Combat Team platforms. For the Air Force, we support both lab and field testing of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) systems used to verify and validate mission data prior to fielding. We operate high-fidelity threat simulations that generate representative signal environments to stress and assess EW system performance. Our team supports foreign materiel exploitation (FME) and electronic countermeasure (ECM) optimization efforts. DCS also participates in large-scale EW exercises, serving as subject matter experts who provide real-time analysis, system performance assessments, and detailed feedback to aircrews on EW system employment and mission effectiveness. For the Navy, we support the integration and test of weapons and systems on Navy and Marine Corps aircraft. This includes offensive and defensive electronic warfare systems, secure communications, data links and mission planning. This work is principally a software development and test effort involving the use of Hardware-in-the-loop laboratories and flight test. The result is a fully operational weapon or system upgrade that can be delivered to the Fleet.
For the Air Force across several platforms and Air Force/Navy/Marine Corps (U.S. F-35 Reprogramming Lab), DCS provides systems engineering subject matter expertise in intelligence mission data and reprogramming tools, including the Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming Database (EWIRDB), Next Generation EWIRDB System, and Combined Emitter Database. We perform in-depth analysis of threat emitters, develop emitter simulations, and generate threat libraries for use in mission data and integrated testing environments. We support developmental programs by advancing mission data toolchains and validating threat representations across test architectures. For the Navy, we provide aircraft modifications, instrumentation systems design and integration, maintenance, program management, and training services for platforms including the F/A-18A-F, EA-18G, F-35B
